An Introduction

Choosing the right person to help you shine light within so that healing can take place is a serious decision and one that should be made with great care.  Sharon offers a 2 hour *initial session so that you can meet first, share what is happening in your life, have her give her recommendations, share about all the resource choices and then let you walk away to process if this is a right fit for you.

The initial session is 2 hours and the cost if $75.00.

Sharon believes in keeping in inexpensive so that you can find out first if this feels like it's a right fit.  She will tell you if she believes she is not the right person for you.

During the *initial session Sharon may determine that she is not the appropriate person to help the client. She will be honest if she believes that someone else or another program might be right for you. She does not take on every person who she interviews as a coaching client. If it's in the best interest of the client she will let them know.

How much does personal coaching cost?

*2 hour Initial assessment to determine the needs of the client. The client can then determine if coaching is right for them without making a large investment. $75.00

One hour sessions $125.00 each.

$450.00 is a 4 hour package of one hour sessions. This will include any face to face, Skype or phone visits.

If in the *initial intake session it is determined by Sharon that a coaching package is needed, the cost will follow:

A coaching program is different from the individual sessions. After initial assessment, it may be determined that the client needs a daily program of support and work to achieve goals. The coaching program will include daily journaling and support by me.

Our lives may be determined less by past events than by the way we remember them. You are invited to come aboard this inner adventure that offers a step by step journey of discovery and re-visioning through focused journaling. Throughout the ten sessions, you will be engaged in exercises designed to facilitate healing and transformation. Telling stories about our past through focused journaling can help change our perspectives to enable healing and empowerment. In this way, we are able to make meaning out of memory and put the past where it belongs - behind us. Healing and transformation are only possible through changing one's perspective from within. In this way, global healing takes place one individual, one tribe, at a time. What story are you living? How do you choose to remember your story?

The sessions are one and a half hour each visit with access to me daily either by email or by phone as needed. (excluding Sundays) You will also be required to attend groups weekly and make a minimum of support calls daily. This is for those who really need to move through past trauma and are not just working on today issues.

You will have access to your coach pretty much 6 out of seven days a week. $2500.00.

You have three months to complete the 10 sessions allowing for travel or sickness. Failure to complete the sessions in that time frame waves the rights to continue and sessions are lost.

Couples coaching program is $2000.00 extra for package. $4500.00. (Same program for each)

All coaching (beyond the initial consultation) must be paid in advance. This can be paid in person using cash, credit, debit, or pay pal and may be paid on this site using credit, debit, or pay pal. You can also send funds via Venmo.  Just ask.

No refunds once paid. All scheduled sessions are one hour unless you are in a coaching program. All sessions/packages are prepaid.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be lost. No refunds once paid. Coaching takes courage and faith. Really facing what lives inside of us is sometimes hard. There are people who find out that once coaching is started that they are not ready to face their fears. If you stop coaching, all fees are lost. Missing two appointments without notice to Sharon is cause for termination from the program.

No shows with no calls will constitute termination of program.

The Common Bond We All Share!

The Common Bond We All Share!

Have you ever wondered why so many relationships end in heartache? Even relationships that begin with incredible love, faithful promises and the best of intentions often come to a bitter end. If love is all you need, why does it all go so wrong?

What if I told you, there is a single core issue responsible for almost every break up and break down, and, not just in our romantic relationships, but in all our relationships?

From my many years of experience in coaching and student of all human behavior there is one theme that runs through all humans hearts. Everyone feels unworthy of love and belonging, a state that started in early childhood. People carry shame and intimacy is unconsciously repelled in fear and protecting oneself from perceived threats.

Most of all human beings are silently suffering from the invisible wound of unworthiness. When we were born we were born of the essence of the universal truth and love. We were born perfect, innocent, whole and complete. But because a series of events occurred we forgot our true natures, that we are one with an unlimited source of unconditional love.

Most people believe that they are worthy of love if they meet certain conditions stipulated by others to be acceptable, loved, cherished, and valued. As a result, everyone looks externally for the answers, left feeling lost and alone. All relationships become unsustainable and all happiness out of reach. Let’s face it, having a lack of love and connection is what got us here. So the solution is, love without conditions!

We have found that receiving this kind of love from others will help us see our own true nature again. The inability to feel worthy of love is detrimental to all of our relationships. Living to our potential, being creative, on task, centered, balanced and feeling peaceful depends on how a person sees his or her world and internal worthiness.

We have found that unconditional love from others is that grease that gets the wheel turning again back over to our happiness. To see the love of others reflected in their eyes back to us shows us who we are internally and externally. Knowing that there are many sources of love for everyone, why does the world still not have what they need?

How can you know how to recognize what you are looking for when you had never seen it your whole life? And therein lies the problem. With the help of our community and many others around the world we are educating people on a very foundational level what that looks like. What does love and belonging look like?

Most people spend their entire lives trying to prove that they are worthy of love, never considering that that quest for worthiness is impossible to fulfill. Nor are they ever understanding that it is an impossible quest that covertly sabotages virtually every loving relationship.

Although we are usually unaware of this primary emotional need, there is a part of us who is constantly scratching for the fulfillment of this need and consequently altering our behavior in hopes of getting it met. If you truly want to know how to make these changes, join us!

From Sharon Stephens

Learning to love unconditionally has changed my life, and I’m grateful to those who willingly gave me their time and compassion along the way to guide and teach me. It’s a privilege to share the love I’ve been given with others, and with a great number of people I offer this at no cost.

But I receive many calls and spend a lot of time with people in person and in groups. At some point I had to make a decision to charge for my time and extensive training and experience. If you need help along your journey we have many levels (paid and unpaid) and be glad to answer any questions.
